Hey Soul Sister(s)!

Long time no see everyone!! The truth is, I was going through a family death when I decided to close us down, and school was starting to become a tad stressful as well. With summer upon us, and my life having slowed down a bit, I've been thinking of rejoining the TCG world, and in turn, re-opening Ikeboys! I'd first like to see how many members are still sticking around, and would be interested in returning. I'm sort of going back and forth on the idea of either re-opening Ikeboys, or opening a whole new TCG. I've been wanting to do a jpop PV TCG ever since Pretty Voice was shut down, or perhaps even a manga TCG (there's been a lack of active Anime TCGs lately it seems D: ). If there's still a good handful of you guys interested in seeing Ikeboys live on, please take some time to comment here. I'd love to reboot Ikeboys, but I won't have the drive to if there's no one wanting to play! XD Thank you so much for all your patience, and I hope to hear from you guys soon!!<3 (Also, it seems our cutenews had been hit with spambots and a lot of comments were also cleared out. I hope you guys can comment here properly- I'll try to install a captcha or something in the meantime!)

Apologies

Having missed updating the past couple of weeks, I sincerely apologize to all the players. Some RL issues came up and I haven't really been in the mood to update the TCG at all. School is also starting to get a little heavy, even with the help of my lovely staffers. Overall, my motivation to update has been 0, and things that have been coming up in RL are making it even harder to update. So for now, I'd like to put Ikeboys on an indefinite hiatus. I feel that too much work has gone into the TCG, and too many people are invested in this TCG, members and staffers, for me to close it just yet. I can't give an exact date as to when Ikeboys will be functional again, so keep checking back if you're still interested in playing. I apologize also to the select members who recently joined, since after signing up, you're having to deal with a hiatus ^^; However, my mind isn't into TCGs right now, and I simply don't have the time either. If worst comes to worst, I'd like to put the TCG up for adoption, but more on that if/when the time comes. I hope to come bearing good news sooner than later about Ikeboys and that you guys will be waiting♥

Falling Down

Another week, another update. Hope you guys had a good week and are ready for new games and decks~ Level Ups Elin leveled up to Foxy. Masteries Elin has masted Captain, Michelle has mastered Prism, Mystika_d has mastered Captain & Jellyfish. Games Weekly Games Set 1 is now available for play. I'll be introducing two new activities next week. They'll be updated monthly, with one being a contest, and the other called Exiled. Any guesses? XD Make sure to enter Lord Luck if you haven't yet, it's the last week! And we still need lots more donations over at Create-a-Deck. Affiliates Three new affiliates! New Decks Please take 3 cards from separate decks and leave a comment with what you're taking! Mio may take 1 extra card from Mirror Ball & Zetsubou each :D Freebies Please take one of the following and leave a comment with what you took! I'm also thinking about either adding a couple more games to each weekly set, or doing a whole bi-weekly set with a couple of games. Any suggestions? Some important announcements I forgot since I did the update with 2 hours of sleep :P Mystika_d pointed out that I hadn't actually updated the Games page itself to show the games for this week, so I just did that real quick, sorry for the inconvenience~ And with this week's 6 new decks, we have broken 100 decks! To celebrate, everyone may take two choice cards, but they must be from separate decks. Also forgot to mention! We were nominated in the Member's Favorite category at the new Stellar Awards. Thank you to whomever nominated us, I didn't even know there was another TCG awards going on! Nominations will continue to run until February 1st, after which voting will begin. It'd be awesome if you guys could check that out either once voting begins, or to nominate us in a different category as well XD
